ABOUT ME
Here to Help

I am a Physiotherapist registered under the Health and Care Professionals Council and The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy in the UK; Personal Trainer; Sports Therapist; Dance Instructor and have certificates in Sports Nutrition and Life Coaching. I have been in the health, wellness and fitness space for more than 15 years. I have experience working internationally in over 20 different countries. I initially started my career working around American; I have toured the UK 3 times; as well as working in Europe; and working as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in the UK since 2016. With an accumulation of different experiences from a few corners of the earth I have devised many concepts to aid better management around individuals' health and lifestyle. So far I have helped over 30,000 people individually and have undertaken over 10,000 online consultations and follow-ups. I work with a focus on no chemical medicine, exercise, education and mind-set strategies to help people bring their health goals into reality.

I help people with their weight management; become healthier and more confident in themselves; I help people start a fitness journey; rehabilitate various physical ailments varying between basic ankle sprains to life changing spinal surgeries; as well as guiding and supporting people to bring their health goals into reality. Whatever your health goal or vision is, if you are not getting the results you desire to have and/or are struggling with something along these lines that you feel is complex and can't figure out yourself, NOW IS THE TIME TO GET IN TOUCH.
I guide people to increase their awareness on their habitual nature to help them ease their physical and mental aliments associated with their health goals that are negatively impacting their daily lives and holding them back from living to their full potential. It is commonly known that chronic stress can lead to chronic health conditions over time. So not having the right guidance and support can add more to your frustrations. As a coach I help guide you as needed, make sure you have the right information and support you to get the results you need and want.
I work with the mind set of - "how you treat yourself now is how you will be in 10 years' time." Now is the time to reach out for help and allow me to guide you! If you need support and guidance on fitness, activity, weight management, getting started for the first time or getting back into activity again, rehabilitation of the body or motivation, I can help people with many different challenges. I work with you on bridging the gap between your vision of your health and your actual health. Together we can work to create your health goals, I work to hold you accountable for your health goals to enable you to control your lifestyle habits that lead you or take you away from your goals concerning your health.
